Stendvarg is a gravity-shifting puzzle platformer where your goal is simple: escape the collapsing mountain you’re trapped in.

 

Navigate fractured caves where walls turn into walkways and drops become launchpads. The twist? You’ll need to flip your perspective to open some paths while closing others — all in one move.

 

Your pickaxe isn’t for mining. Slam it into the ground to fling yourself upward. Oh, and it’s chained too. That might come in handy… or not.

As Lead Level Designer & Game Designer throughout the production, my responsibilities included:
 

  • Defining the game concept and core gameplay loop

  • Designing and tuning the 3Cs

  • Establishing and balancing the main gameplay mechanics

  • Creating diverse level layouts with minimal feature sets

  • Calibrating level size and platform density

  • Designing levels that offer varied challenges despite a limited toolset

  • Supervising and reviewing the work of level designers

  • Documenting and maintaining consistent design guidelines
